The Higginson family

It's quite some time since anything was posted but thanks to Mary (Thomas's grandaughter in the UK) and Susan (Thomas's great granddaughter in Australia) we have a lovely photograph of the Higginson family. The photograph is of Thomas Higginson (the recipient of the letters which began this blog), his wife Emma and their two daughters, Hannah and Susan (the 'girls' mentioned in one of the letters).
